for a few months you can replace meat with fish or any other protein-rich
food.
Sugary foods
–Simple sugar or sugar-rich foods are not healthy for kids especially during
the winter season. Too much sugar intake may reduce the white blood cell count
in children’s body and this would make them more vulnerable to catching cough
and cold or any other bacterial infections. So, sodas, chemical beverages,
candies, chocolate, cold drinks, and other processed foods you should avoid
offering your kids.
Histamine-rich
foods – Histamine is a type of chemical that is known to help the body fight

in histamine as this can also induce mucus production. Mucus can lead to throat
problems and kids may face problems in swallowing foods. Some histamine-rich
